How long can I keep my holiday home before upgrading it?

Here at SBCP we have no requirement on owners when it comes to upgrading. Although, there is a 15 year rule maximum in place for private to private sales. An annual review will be undertaken once a caravan is between 15 and 20 years old to make sure it is maintained and that charges are paid.

What are the opening and closing dates of the park?

Here at Stanhope Burn our static caravans benefit from a full 12 month holiday season meaning you can make the most of your new holiday home all year round.

Are friends and family allowed to use my holiday home?

Yes, of course! We welcome friends and family you visit your caravan. However, we do not allow commercial subletting on our caravan site.

Can decking be added around my home?

You are free to add this feature. The design will of course depend on the pitch you choose. We recommend that you visit the park to take a look at the pitches available and decide on a design afterwards.

Am I okay to visit the park?

We always welcome visitors. Call us on 01624 621447 or 07483 888992 prior to your visit to make sure that we are available to show you around. Please park in the visitor’s bays opposite Park Lodge.
